Kamto's Cameroon Survival: Penda Ekoka addresses Atanga Nji

Faced with threats from Minister Atanga Nji against Kamto's Survie Cameroon Survival Initiative, economist Penda Ekoka, who is in charge of managing the funds, immediately reacted. Condemning the minister's remarks, he accuses the Biya regime of neglect in the face of a health crisis which mercilessly decimates the world population.

"I have the feeling that this regime does not realize the gravity of the situation. It is either unconsciousness or incapacity, both leading to the same conclusion. We are only at the beginning of the cycle of experience of fully affected countries indicates that a carnage should be expected if appropriate measures are not taken either to prevent the spread of the virus or to treat the detected contaminated subjects ", a- he declared while calling on the Cameroonians to work to save the compatriots

Here is the entire press release from Penda Ekoka

In a press release dated yesterday, April 07, 2020, the Minister of Territorial Administration prohibited the deployment of the popular and non-partisan solidarity initiative "SURVIE CAMEROUN SURVIVAL INITIATIVE (SCSI), aimed at helping our compatriots affected or coronavirus.

This is a requirement of public responsibility which requires assistance to people in danger. Because there are no more political parties in the war against the enemy , we have reached out to the government to work together, as evidenced by the organization chart posted on the SCSI website and the correspondence addressed to the administrations.

I have the feeling that this diet does not realize the gravity of the situation. It is either unconsciousness or incapacity, both leading to the same conclusion. We are only at the beginning of the pandemic cycle, the experience of fully affected countries indicates that we should expect a massacre, if appropriate measures are not taken either to prevent the spread of the virus or for the treatment of detected contaminated subjects.

Thank you once again for this exceptional surge of solidarity, manifested from all sides and from all sides. You clearly show that you have understood the meaning and the scope of this initiative. I therefore urge you to remain serene in solidarity and mobilized, and to keep the chain of solidarity tense. We are not going to desert the battlefield. We continue the fight to save the lives of our compatriots. The funds collected are safe despite threats from MINAT. Let us remain standing and mobilized. The teacher. Maurice KAMTO will speak to you within a few hours.

Christian PENDA EKOKA

Chairman of the SCSI Management Committee, "
