National team: Mouelle Kombi opens the door to former lions

The Minister of Sports and Physical Education Narcisse Mouelle Kombi has been leading for a few months a series of consultations with the indomitable lions who closed the door of selection.

Negotiations that will bring back a large number of refractories. "I received yesterday in audience Mr. Jean MATIP, father of international footbalers Joël and Marvin MATIP, who gave me as a symbolic gift from his son Joël MATIP, a balloon signed with his signature." A said Minsep on its page this morning.

A desire of the government to join forces and strengthen the national selection workforce for the CAN Total Cameroon 2021.

Before this meeting, Minister Narcisse Mouelle Kombi had a head to head with Nicolas Nkoulou. Everything therefore suggests that these alumni who shine internationally will make their comeback.

In addition, he also congratulated Joël Matip for his coronation "I sent him my congratulations in return for the remarkable performances of the latter in club, in particular at Liverpool FC, with which he was crowned in 2019 European Champion."

However , the sports boss wanted to reaffirm his wish to see the Matip brothers sport the green-red-yellow.

“Finally, I reminded him of all the love and hopes that the Cameroonian public has for his son Joël MATIP as the Indomitable Lion.” We can't wait for these talents to come back home, so that the Cameroonians can return to victory. This news is all the more reassuring when the CAN gets the word out.
