Etoudi mismanaged public funds, bought wines and other party spirits for 1.5 billion

1 billion 500 million disbursed to pay internationally, mainly to French companies, champagnes, wines and other spirits for the end of year celebrations by the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon.

This document put on the web arouses a wave of indignation on the part of the national public opinion.

At a time when the country is in the grip of increased unemployment, one wonders if it is often not necessary to miss a watered day to support several Cameroonians? Because how many companies can be created by this amount? How many jobs?

Remember that a few days ago, hemodialysis patients went on strike in Douala and since this morning in Yaoundé because there are shortages of dialysis kits.

1.5 Billion is 1000 boreholes in the far north.

If you take an average of 1.4 billion a year to buy drinks for the palate, that will make 51.8 billion in 37 years, the equivalent of 13 factories assembling desktops, tablets and smartphones in Ivory Coast. Remember that there are several other ceremonies during which Cameroon also invests huge sums of money in alcohol.

The most striking thing about this mismanagement is that no local business benefits from this financial mane, everything is imported.

How can our industrial fabric be competitive when at the highest level the authorities are unable to consume locally? With this, how will we not be the first country consuming champagne in the world? SO CHAMPAGNE IS PREFERRED FOR A FEW BUT NOT WATER FOR EVERYONE ...

That poses a problem all the same and everyone should judge it very opportunely.
