Breaking News: President Muhammadu Buhari Commissioned the Nigerian police National Command and Control Centre



Today in Abuja, the Nigerian President,  Muhammadu Buhari commissioned the Nigerian police National Command and Control Centre (NPF-C4i) and the first phase of the Nigeria Police Crime and Incident Data Base (NPC & IDB) Centre, and further commissioned the new operational vehicles for the Nigeria police Force. 

Buhari has also ordered the recruitment of new 100000 police personnel annually in other to increase security across the country.

"Today I commissioned the Nigeria Police National Command and Control Centre (NPF-C4i) and the first phase of the Nigeria Police Crime and Incident Data Base (NPC & IDB) Centre. Substantial investment in Technology has to be the way forward for policing in Nigeria".

"Our commitment to improving security and policing in Nigeria is assured. That is why I approved the recruitment of 10,000 additional police personnel annually, and also assented to the Police Trust Fund Bill, as a public-private funding framework for the Force".
