Three Cameroonian policemen arrested for theft

Three Cameroonian police officers were arrested by inspectors. They are accused of stealing two victims for $ 60,000.

According to a media report, the three thieving policemen were taken with another Cameroonian while attached to the Kayole Police Station. The incident occurred at Barwoo Lodge, 8th Street 2nd Avenue Eastleigh, media sources quoted a manager as saying. However, two other suspects, police officer Mwaniki and the gang informant, escaped.

Corporal Wilson Cheruiyot arrested, police officers Daniel Kipkorir Alex Kandie and Jean Baptist Esome were found with $ 35,200. Three pistols and 45 rounds of ammunition have also been recovered, reports The Star. A manhunt was launched to find the two fugitives with the rest of the stolen money.
