MRC case: Maurice Kamto and his allies announced in court

New round for the leader of the MRC, Maurice Kamto and his friends of fortune in front of the judges this Tuesday morning.

Judged in private since the beginning of the launching of the judicial proceedings against them, they want to obtain their release. The procedure in Habeas Corpus is simply the release of these different political actors. The militants of the MRC, as well as their president say they fulfill all the conditions required by law to obtain a Habeas Corpus.

A decision that is taking a long time to come. The Center's Court of Appeals in Yaoundé had rejected Habeas Corpus' claim several times.

The judicial wrestling continues but also on the political level. The leaders of the MRC do not falter. They are determined to complete the various procedures.

Moreover, a major mobilization of the MRC party is announced on April 6 for the respect of the constitutional rights of Cameroonians and to denounce the government that wants to organize elections, while the English-speaking regions of North-West and South-West are still in the grip of the socio-political crisis that engulfs families.
