Etoudi: Paul Biya signs a new nomination decree

This is the former governor of the Coast FAI YENGO Francis, appointed yesterday afternoon by the President of the Republic Paul BIYA as coordinator of the National Committee of Disarmament Demobilization and Reintegration. Note that this body is newly created.

The Committee will have regional centers in Bamenda, Buea and Mora, where disarmament, demobilization and reintegration readiness operations will take place. The body is under the authority of the Prime Minister and will be headed by a coordinator not yet designated.

Mr. FAÏ-YENGO Francis, former governor of the Littoral, former PCA of the port of Douala and today President of the board of the National Office of Civil Status (BUNEC) had been banned from leaving the national territory.

His name had appeared in the list of personalities made public by the delegate general for national security Martin Mbarga Nguele on April 04, 2018.
