THE BISHOP OF THE DIOCESE OF EBOLOWA REQUESTS FOR A GOOD CONDUCT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL POLLS

Monsignor Philippe Alain Mbarga organized a thanksgiving mass for a smooth conduct of the election on 7 October. It was on September 30 at the Parish of Our Lady of Fatima Ebolowa. A Eucharistic prayer that drained the world.

The Catholic Christian community of the Diocese of Ebolowa, through prayers, songs, rosaries and penances, implores the highest for peace in Cameroon. The grassroots pastoral work advocated by Monsignor Philippe Alain Mbarga reaches here a sensitive point, that of the importance of peace in the development of the nation.

For Bishop Philippe Alain Mbarga, Bishop of the Diocese of Ebolowa, "it's about cultivating the spirit of communion, the family spirit. A Christian must always be divided between this double dimension of belonging to Christ and belonging to the church, "he says. The Pontifical Mass is in fact a vibrant appeal by the prelate for the unity of hearts for our nation. Our country will write on October 7th another page of its history. Cameroon benefits from community, intercultural and interactive diversity.

Assets to preserve. This Eucharistic celebration was an opportunity to entrust Cameroon to the mother of Jesus Christ. The Diocese of Ebolowa thus displays a real craze in the preservation and the permanent search for a lasting peace in our country currently under attack under different fronts. This undermines the peace, unity and social cohesion of a strong and prosperous nation.

This leads Archbishop Philippe Alain Mbarga, Bishop of the Diocese of Ebolowa to affirm that "a political claim that destroys the gains is not a political claim. I asked the people of God to intensify the prayer of the genius-creator ie the prayer of the Holy Spirit ". The prayer intention of Monsignor Philippe Alain Mbarga sounds there as an awareness of more vigilance and patriotism.
