Justice: the Administrative Court humiliates Fame Ndongo and Aurélien Sosso

The verdict of the Administrative Court of the Center is without appeal: Fame Ndongo and Aurélien Sosso lied about Professor Jean Bahebeck! The sentence fell on September 6, 2018 and we only learned about it at the end of the day. The Court granted a stay to the Surgeon who had contested his four-year suspension following a disciplinary Council orchestrated and chaired by the Rector of the University of Yaoundé I, Professor Aurélien Sosso, while the latter was already being prosecuted in criminal for theft of the work of this teacher.

In Order No. 156 / OSE / CAB / PTA / YDE / 2018, President AnabaMbo Alexandre highlights the mafia maintained at the University of Yaoundé I and validated by the Chancellor of Academic Orders, Professor Jacques Fame Ndongo. He writes: "Considering that any administrative decision imposing a disciplinary sanction must state the proper and sufficient reasons justifying the action taken against the public official; that this motivation must be as explicit and complete as possible ... Considering that by not sufficiently enunciating the considerations of fact and of law which constitute the foundation of the decision, its author deprived it of motivation and thus of legal basis " .

The President of the court did not only reject the submissions of the Attorney General, who had requested the rejection of the teacher's request on the grounds that it was not justified. He went further. For him, Professor Bahebeck's suspension is inhumane. It constitutes a crime because it represents, strictly speaking, "an attack on the dignity of the human person", according to his words.

This charge of the Tribunal against the actions of Fame Ndongo and Aurélien Sosso is final. The court took its time (27 months) to analyze all the elements of the case before pronouncing on the Bahebeck case. He had already called for the lifting of the suspension of Dr. NKE Fridolin, the other victim of the mafia she denounces today. The eyes are now turned to MINESUP to see if Fame Ndongo continues to challenge justice and to berate Professor Jean Bahebeck. But we have no illusions about the future, given the cynicism with which this minister and his rector, Aurélien Sosso, decided to kill the Cameroonian university, in this case the school of orthopedics of the University of Yaounde I, to the great misfortune of the students who were enrolled, and to the great misfortune of the Cameroonian people who have been deprived for more than two years, one of his best surgeons.
