Presidential 2018: From Kondengui, Atangana Kouna makes soft eyes to Biya

The former Minister of Water and Energy continues to campaign for the candidate of the Democratic Rally of the Cameroonian People (Rdpc). His call helped put an end to the conflicts that divided the Etenga group.

Our colleague Ernest Obama of the television channel Vision 4 thinks that the act that has just been put Basile Atangana Kouna shows the sincerity of his activism. Obama believes that by calling the people of Ngoumou in the Central region gave their vote to Paul Biya natural candidate of the ruling party, the former Minister of Water and Energy (Minee) proves that he did not follow the President for his own interests but he did it for ideology. "Basil Atangana Kouna shows that being a militant is above personal problems that one can have," he said during the September 14, 2018 edition of the television program "Overview".

Recall that the former Minee was a full member of the central committee of the Rdpc. And since the central prison of kondengui where he has been since March 2018, he continues to campaign in the ranks of the political party in power. Forbidden to leave the country, Basile Atangana Kouna had managed to escape the vigilance of intelligence agents. He had traveled to Nigeria, a country bordering Cameroon, where he was arrested and then repatriated to the country. An inquiry was opened to find out how the former government member went out of the country.
