'I am proud to have a president who is 85' says Banda Kani

Replacing Paul Biya with a new one would plunge Cameroon into total chaos; "You do not replace a captain at war," says Banda Kani.

The presidential campaign, which began on September 22, is in full swing on the fields, on the canvas and also on television sets.

This Sunday, September 23, on the occasion of the weekly broadcast on the pan-African channel, Afrique media, the representatives of certain political parties have responded, in defense of the position of their candidates. The UDC, the MRC, the SDF, the MCNC and the CPDM were found on the set.

After a tough intervention by the leader of the United Nations party, Nkou Mvondo on the age of the president of the republic, Banda Kani replied that he is "proud to have a president who is 85 years old".

For the G-20 member, the age of the outgoing president and candidate for his own succession, does not matter on the management of Cameroon.

On the other hand, he thinks that replacing Paul Biya with a new one would plunge Cameroon into total chaos; "You do not replace a captain at war," says Banda Kani.

Recall that Banda Kani joined the ruling party in August, while he was among the detractors of President Biya. Currently, he beats the campaign of the candidate who according to him, is the only one to change the future of Cameroon and Cameroonians.
