FOR COMMUNITY LIBERALISM" BY PAUL BIYA, REEDITED VERSION IS AVAILABLE

The presentation ceremony of the reissued book of President Paul Biya "For Community Liberalism" was held Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the Hilton Hotel in Yaoundé in the presence of several members of the government, deputies and senators, intellections and several guests of mark as the press.

First published in 1987 by Pierre-Marcel Favrre / ABC, "Pour le liberalism communautaire" is a compass of politics inspired by Paul Biya.

Indeed, this Wednesday's public reading unveiled the ideological currents of the president. Paul Biya returns in this book on the diplomatic victories of Cameroon, solidarity and national integration.

In summary, these are 30 illustrated objectives for the emergence of Cameroon by 2035 as evidenced Issa Tchiroma Bakary "I am over 70 years old, but it is every day that President Paul Biya fascinates me " . Like him, other speakers agree to support the relevance, constancy and eloquence of the President of the Republic.

The author wanted to make sense of the management of public affairs. Beyond the political discourses often perceived as lies, the approach of Paul Biya aims at the concrete through achievements in priority areas. It develops solutions for the resilient economy, education, health, decent housing and decentralization.

Thus, liberalism puts forward three cardinal points: the freedom of enterprise, the regulatory function of a democratic state and the duty of solidarity. The presentation of Yaoundé precedes that of Douala, Bafoussam, Ebololawa, Maroua and Buea, between September 13 and 21, 2018. For the liberalism community received the prize of the excellence during the last day of the writer in Senegal.
