Cameroon: 1,700 jobs available in the public service

Cin | Last Friday, August 3, 2018, Joseph LE, Minister of Public Service and Administrative Reform (Minfopra), launched 23 administrative competitions for the integration of young people. In particular 17 direct competitions and six training competitions, giving 1759 places to job seekers. Including 750 places for training competitions and 1189 for direct competitions.

On the list of direct competitions broadcast by Cameroon Tribune on newsstands Thursday, August 9, 2018, we find that of translators, the animal industry, agriculture, civil engineering, water and forests, production rural, mining and geology ... Information through the direct recruitment of journalists, livestock and fisheries or the cadastre are also part of the direct competitions.

The training competitions are those of the National Institute of Youth and Sports (Injs), the National Center for Youth and Sports (Cenajes), among others.

The general conditions to be met to apply, the composition of the file, the program, the schedules and procedures for conducting the written tests are available at the Ministry of Civil Service in Yaoundé.

According to Yves Bertrand Zengoueng, director of human resources development of the state, this recruitment is not the last, is part of the increase in human resources of the state. It was organized in response to the needs of personnel transmitted by the administrations and recorded in an annual recruitment plan validated by the Prime Minister, head of government, Philemon Yang.

The operation also meets the requirements of streamlining the quality of public spending and has been conducted on the basis of retirements, in a context imposed by the budgetary sustainability of any recruitment process.
