Breaking: ELECAM cancelled military barracks polling stations


The chairman of ELECAM Board, Enow Abrams Egbe announced today that the planned military barracks and palaces polling stations prepaid for the coming election in Cameroon would not longer work as proposed.

While speaking to members of the diplomatic Corp in Yaounde today, Abrams Egbe said polling stations in the military barracks and palaces should not be considered illegal, Elections conduct of Cameroon welcome the idea, it is legal.

Meanwhile the SDF has condemned the plan of polling stations in military barracks and palaces, threatening to stage a protest in Douala on the September 15th, 2018.
