Paul Biya dismissed deputy director of INJS Yaoundé and resuscitated former sports minister Adoum Garoua


Cin| The National Institute of Youth and Sports (INJS) of Yaoundé has a new Deputy Director. Chamberlain Wadoum Fofou, Doctor in Management Sciences, was appointed this Thursday, July 5, 2018 by a presidential decree. The now former Regional Antenna Chief of the National Civic Service Development Participation Agency for the West replaces Dr. Habit Welcome. The latter is sacked only two years after his appointment.

In the same decree, the Head of State has reappointed Dr. Edmond Ebal Minye as Director. He was promoted to this high office two years ago to replace Daniel Ngoa Nguele, retired.

Another decree of the Head of State names Adoum Garoua, President of the Board of Directors of the INJS of Yaounde. The former minister of sports and physical education is resurrected three years after leaving the Government.

A third decree of the President of the Republic nominates Mrs. Feh Helen Kwanga, wife Galega, to the post of President of the Board of Directors of ENAM.

Before his appointment, the magistrate 4 th grade represented the Cameroon with Maurice Kamto Mahouve Michel and Jean Bosco Essoh in the Permanent Court of Arbitration is an intergovernmental organization composed of 117 member states.
