Scene of the Accident

A fatal accident occurred Saturday near Darmstadt. A 38-year-old man lost control of his Mazda in an exit and crashed into a tree, the police said. The man, of Cameroonian origin, Charlie Chaplin Njonmou , father of 2 little boys, arrived around 6:20 at the exit RoƟdorf east of the B26 on the B38 left of the road and threw himself in full speed against a tree. His injuries were so severe that he died at the scene of the accident.

He would have hung a few minutes before a vehicle when passing.

Shortly before the accident, the 38-year-old would have hung another car while overtaking. However, the 55-year-old driver of the other car was not injured. It is not yet clear if the Cameroonian driver of the Mazda was perhaps too fast. An expert should clarify the cause and circumstances of the accident. The exit of the highway was completely closed to allow the rescue teams to react quickly. The Camer24 editorial team joins the entire Cameroonian community to extend our deepest condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased.
